Welcome to the New Era in Experience
The last year has brought about changes so sweeping that we cannot even comprehend the full magnitude of them – still, we recognise that just about everything has changed. And we, as brands and business leaders have changed too – from the way we work to the way we connect with customers and colleagues, and the way we create and deliver experiences in this new, digital-first era.
Together with the London School of Economics (LSE) – one of the world’s most prestigious business schools – Adobe set out to not only define this New Era In Experience but to also explore how brands can succeed in it, especially when such significant change has occurred in such a dramatic fashion.
In this presentation, we’ll introduce the findings of this research, and offer some tips and inspiration for thriving in this New Era.
