Pilot Test Event

It’s been well over a year since we last hosted a physical conference but there is light at the end of the tunnel. As coronavirus cases continue to fall and vaccinations soar, it’s time towards looking at the new norm in the events industry.

Recently our Operations Director, Rhys Hussain attended a Pilot Business Event at Celtic Manor Resort on Thursday 20th May 2021.

The event was designed by the Welsh Government and Event Industry Advisory Group member, Celtic Manor Resort. Designed as an invite-only test of event organisers in Wales to test business events before Wales’ event industry is allowed to re-open.

Rhys Hussain said “Trials like today are so important as we prepare to co-ordinate our physical events again. It’s been a long 15 months since our CIO event in Dublin and I am grateful for the chance to experience what the new normal may be like as well as discuss potential ways we can move the industry forward. I firmly believe that the comeback is always better than the setback so I am excited to launch our new CIO Summit later this year”

Using the Welsh Government as a benchmark for what is expected of business events. We are excited for the end of the year to host our Marketing and Workplace Summits in October and CIO and CISO Summit in November 2021.
