Summit Terms & Conditions

Please read & agree to the event terms & conditions before continuing.

Delegate Commitment:

You agree to attend for the entire duration of the summit, participate in a number of meetings and attend any of the keynote, workshops along with other activities stipulated. You agree to complete your profile in full to the best of your ability.

Only pre-registered attendees may attend the event.

As a trusted business network, this platform offers members the opportunity to search the Inspired Business Media event and arrange meetings with other members. As such, it is necessary for us to share basic company information that you provide to us with the potential meeting partners and event hosts.

You agree to be included as a complimentary member of the Inspired Executive Network to receive relevant correspondence on upcoming events and industry news.

You must be actively employed by and able to represent the company specified in this document at the time of the summit.

Inspired Business Media's Commitment

Inspired will create relevant agendas for each of our attendees. Once a confirmed meeting has been arranged, information will be visible to both parties including but not limited to, company names, attendee names, job titles, email addresses, and contact numbers.

In the instance that Inspired has to cancel or postpone an event due to situations outside of their control, Inspired will notify you with written confirmation. Every effort must be made to attend the rescheduled dates. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled dates, you must let us know in writing within 7 days of the reschedule notice.

Inspired holds the right to determine the theme, scope & content of the summit.

Inspired will provide set food and beverage throughout the summit. Additional food and beverage costs will be charged at the attendee's expense.

Photography and Filming

Inspired may have a professional in-house photographer and/or videographer at the summit to create content for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform Inspired before the summit takes place.

Cancellation and Replacement

Cancellations for this event should be communicated in writing. If a cancellation is made less than 4 weeks prior to the event, you have two options:

Provide a suitable replacement attendee who will take up the invitation on your behalf.

Defer your participation to a future event organised by Inspired Business Media, subject to availability and at the discretion of Inspired Business Media.

If neither of the above options is taken up within 4 weeks of the event, a flat fee of €150 will be charged. If a hotel room has been booked for you, a further €150 will be charged if you cancel within 3 weeks of the event date without providing a suitable replacement.
