The Evolution of the Digital Built Environment | Speaking with CBRE’s Duncan Clubb

In order to be able to support a flourishing society, economy and natural environment, considerable changes must be actioned across our cities and infrastructure in order to enable them to be more energy and material efficient, and become more resilient in the face of climate change. In order to achieve this, we need to explore new ways of collecting and interpreting data, as well as recognising how to best digitally optimise our infrastructure through innovation.

We spoke to Duncan Clubb, Head of Digital Infrastructure Advisory at CBRE about the opportunities that are now present that can accelerate the growth and progression of our digital built environment, how the pandemic impacted the need to progress our digital infrastructure, and how a continued focus will have a profound impact on both business and society.
