The Headaches We All Share

If You Owned Our Roadmap, What Would You Build First?
A direct, practical conversation on what our customers actually need next — and how this group can play an ongoing part in shaping where Nasstar invests.
Built With You, Not For You: Shaping the Next Chapter of Nasstar
Every technology leader is being asked to do the same three things at once: modernise the estate, keep it secure, and prove the value of every pound spent. The ambition is rarely the problem. Getting there is where the journey gets difficult, through legacy infrastructure, stretched teams, competing priorities and a supplier market that talks more than it listens.
There is a new team in place at Nasstar. Chris Halbard as CEO, Darren Dainty as Managing Director and Jimmy Javed as Sales Director, all in post within the last six months and all here to make a change. Their shared intent is a simple one: to build a roadmap around our customers, grounded in what Nasstar has always been strongest at, complex multi-site connectivity and networking.
This is an intentionally small, invitation-only dinner for a select group of those customers. It is not a product pitch and it is not a sales meeting. It is a conversation between peers who are wrestling with the same pressures. Darren and Jimmy will both be at the table, alongside Leigh Walgate, Chief Operating Officer, who knows Nasstar’s networks and the customers on them inside out. Between them they have the mandate to change how Nasstar works with its customers and the operational knowledge to make it real, and they want the people in this room to help shape what that looks like.
Over dinner we will talk candidly about where each of you is on your digital transformation journey, the industry-wide issues shaping your plans and, most importantly, what Nasstar should be building next. The customers in this room will have a direct hand in shaping the roadmap. That is the point of the evening: fewer promises, more influence.
Agenda
Welcomed attendees are integrated into a curated networking space, fostering direct interactions for ice-breaking and relationship-building before engaging in substantive, collaborative discussions.
Shifting to a sit-down discussion with drinks, this promotes open, thoughtful dialogue on a set topic agenda, aimed at fostering collaboration and deepening connections in a relaxed, supportive setting.
The evening culminates with a luxury meal, offering exquisite cuisine in an elegant setting, enhancing networking opportunities, and providing a memorable experience that strengthens professional bonds among attendees.
The finale features a wrap-up and Q&A session, where sponsors address the roundtable, followed by drinks and networking, enabling direct engagement and planning of actionable next steps in a collaborative environment.
