When does technology dependency become a strategic risk for your clients?

Vendor relationships create dependency, and in many cases that trade-off is rational. As trusted advisors, MSPs must be able to draw a clear line between acceptable dependency and problematic lock-in that exposes clients to pricing power, lost negotiating leverage, and forced inertia.
