The National Trust is Europe’s largest conservation charity with almost 6 million members. It is here to look after nature, beauty and history for everyone, forever. For the last five years the Trust has been on a digital technology transformation journey in how it manages it’s membership and fundraising operations and how it engages with its supporters. It has also transformed its network and data infrastructure to enable resilient business operations. This talk will discuss this transformation and the next steps.
