Who we are
We’re an events organisation born out of a vision to explore and learn. We do things the Inspired Way! 40+ colleagues, initiating conversations with the world’s best including industry leaders such as Google, Facebook, Disney, Nike and Twitter. Constantly innovating we’ve quadrupled in size over the last 5 years. And we’re not going to stop there…
We have discovered the formula. A formula that truly works but we will continue to experiment and look for new innovative ways to unify leaders in their industries.
Here, you’ll grow. You’ll be challenged. You’ll travel. You’ll be well rewarded. And our merit-based progression will meet your ambitions. Our laid-back culture has replaced suits and ties with casual dress, breakfast at work and days out of the office. We’ve created an exciting environment to work in. It’s no wonder we’re so highly recommended to ambitious learners and leaders by our employees.
We don’t believe in clock watching and strict arrival times. In fact, our flexi-time working policy allows you to maximise your day so that time at the office isn’t a hindrance.
How we work
We have an environment where startup culture, speed to market, agility and continuous improvement (from the game changer to the incremental) are powerful influences. It’s somewhere that values challenge and collaborate, while removing barriers and hierarchy. And it’s driven by an ethos that helps everyone feel like they’re part of something much bigger than their own role. Being part of the Inspired team means being part of a diverse and vibrant mix of people. People who make decisions together, quickly. Individuals flourish here, opinion is encouraged and everyone can make a big personal contribution. Above all else, we focus on doing the right thing for our clients, and on creating brilliant experiences.
It all means that we’ve created the kind of workplace that not only retains talent, but develops it too. This will ensure we deliver on our ambition to be the UK’s best events business. And because each employee shares the same common goals, in reality we’re all part of “team inspired”. All of which means that our way is something that everyone should experience at least once in their career.
